This will be a private event for WMFO and those attending need to enter Worcester Cathedral immediately after evensong at 6:00pm. Former student member, William Peart, who has played and studied Duruflé's repertoire, will be the recitalist and give a short talk before

4 July is both the date of Peeters' birth in 1903 and death in 1986. Michael Jones will provide a talk and members will contribute pieces representative of the gamut of Peeters organ compositions - and also we hope works for organ and voice, and organ and piano. 

Harold Darke's 50th anniversary falls in 2026, but we've partnered with Percy Whitlock whose 80th anniversary also falls this year.  And on the very fine 4 manual organ in Great Malvern Priory. One of our members, Michael Bacon, will also be giving a recital as part of GMP's concert series at 12 noon, so do think of joining us then and over lunch.
